If your like me and have just started or are starting a new business one of the most critical things to get clear about and schedule are your tax obligations and returns. I recently asked an accountant I know and below is a chart with statutory requirements and by when they are to be paid to The Kenya Revenue Authority. My advice and am not a tax man but have had to deal with them, not pleasant when your overdue or have defaulted, is to schedule yourself and your company to pay at least a week before the due date:
